Community Change, Inc.’s programs have been replicated by youth service providers in more than 50 public schools and four community centers; serving more than 23,500 K-12th grade youth in seven different cities statewide. Two programs have been accredited by the National Community Education Association. Community Change, Inc.’s impact on student participation and achievement is well documented. The Community Change Model is a two-time winner of ExpandEd Schools’ Promising Practice Award.
