8. RECRUIT STUDENTS!!!
You may begin recruiting students if your school has been approved to start its program. Please refer to your site coordinator for guidance. Please be mindful that each teacher’s club must maintain regular attendance of at least 15 enrolled students; otherwise, it may be discontinued. Doing so helps to satisfy the terms of our contract with the State, and to avoid funding cuts so that we can operate within their assigned budget.

Students may only participate if they are enrolled. The completed enrollment form provides legally binding protections to the company, and meets the State’s standards for the offering of our services. As such, your cooperation in ensuring the enrollment of all participants is appreciated and very much needed.

Some schools have arranged for students to receive academic credit towards their diploma for participating in our teacher-led clubs. Please refer to your site coordinator for guidance.
