Community Change, Inc. (CCI) is a New York State-based organization founded in 2009. Its mission is to support the survival and success of youth, adults and the agencies that serve them. We do this by providing educational services that address their real world needs, interests and concerns. Since its inception, the company has served over 25,000 students and families, trained more than 900 educators, and helped nearly 50 agencies strengthen their impact in school and community settings.

Community Change, Inc. has four subsidiary companies: CareerVisions, Ltd., CareerVisions, NY, Professor A.I and Community Change – Africa.
- CareerVisions, Ltd. (CVLTD) implements CCI’s short-term, and year-to-year projects. CareerVisions, Ltd. is a for-profit, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that has a Multiple Task Award Contract (MTAC) with the New York City Department of Education.
- CareerVisions, NY (CVNY) is CCI’s nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization that implements CCI’s state-wide, multi-year, grant-funded projects.
- Professor A.I. (PAI) is CCI’s educational technology company that provides artificial intelligence-powered resources for teaching and learning. Professor A.I. also provides technological design services and solutions to address the organizational development needs of youth and community-serving agencies.
- Community Change – Africa (CCA) is CCI’s non-governmental organization that extends its services to the motherland.
