Community Change, Inc.’s programs have been replicated by ten different youth service providers in 41 public schools and four community centers; serving more than 3,000 K-12th grade youth in seven different cities statewide. Two programs have been accredited by the National Community Education Association. Community Change, Inc.’s impact on student participation and achievement is well documented. The Community Change Model is a two-time winner of ExpandEd Schools’ Promising Practice Award.
